Meetup - if you’re tired of Facebook, Meetup offers similar tools. You do have to pay a small monthly fee but you might be able to get your partner organization to cover the cost of it. Join the Georgia Meetup!

Eventbrite - also a good alternative to facebook. It has a free version and people can purchase a free ticket for a ride.
